外資系化粧品メーカーでのHRマネージャーポジションとなります。
本社BP、人事企画(制度・報酬など)、ペイロール管理(アウトソース使用)
などが中心業務となります。
採用は別部門が行っております。

◆具体的には:
HRGAマネージャーとして下記業務をお任せします。
・HRBP:本社50~60名の管理が中心となります。
・ペイロール:業務は外注している為、管理が中心となります。
・2名のマネジメント業務
・人事企画:制度・報酬などを部長とともに進めていきます。

MAIN MISSION & CHALLENGES of the DEPARTMENT / TEAM / POSITION
Manage and lead overall HR administration and governance by ensuring the right HR policies & programs
for the entire organization. Lead as HRBP for office by ensuring to motivate the talents.
HR Manager will support the HR Director, to drive and implement strong HR business partnering in the
Japan orgaization. Ensure that the organization’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively,
within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and
employment standards.
The scope includes the full spectrum of HR except recruitment (trainings, performance assessment
process, compenation & benefit, employee engagement, human resource administration, human
resource information systems, employee communications and employee relations.)
HR Manager will take the lead to drive the office Human Resources Policies and Performance and Career
Discussion management process and support the HR Director in sharing the best practices.
Lead CSR and local events for employee team building and enhance the brand desirability.

Functional managers for business partnering

- Payroll vendor
- Training companies
- Authorities – Labor office, Employment office

ROLE AND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the business managers to build a strong and effective organization:
• Work closely with functional managers to challenge, adjust, improve their organization at its most efficient
• Work with the different department to maintain the succession plan, identify and prepare risks
• Manage the recruitment process (advertising, internal communication, search, screening, interviews) for
open office positions
• Design and implement a training plan for office employees so that the overall skills and stewardship increase
• Work on action plans to improve the engagement survey results
• Support managers to drive performance and excellence, while taking care of our teams, through providing
support and guidance
• Handle employee communication and relations embodying Clarins expectations and values
Drive and enhance the Performance and Career Discussion (PCD) Management Process
• Drive and take the lead in enhancing the PCD process
• Coach people managers on how to have effective and quality discussions with their team members
HR support & project follow-up
• Support HR Director to implement group HR strategy & processes in Japan
• Support HR Director on local CSR topics to mobilize office employees

Manage Office environment:
• Manage fixtures and fittings in office, changes in office layout with the help of HR Executive
Support in adhoc-projects:
• As and when needed, HR Manager will support HR Director in implementing new HR projects
Additional tasks maybe be added to the position of HR Manager.
