今回はHR Operations Managerポジションとなります。
The main missions of the role are to:
• Monitor competitive trends, identify the organization's position and participate in the
development of Compensation & Benefits policies.
• Apply Compensation & Benefits policies and communicate them to Faurecia employees.
• Lead the annual salary review process, ensuring that Faurecia's job grading is properly used.
• Answer employee and management queries related to compensation and benefits.
• Ensure that the organization comply with local law in terms of compensation and benefits.
• Ensure that required records and reports are maintained and issued.
• Assure that benefit costs comply with the budget.
• Support international mobilitiy with the group international mobility.
• Assist the HR Manager/HRBP/Generalist in personnel administration, employment contract,
implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations.
• Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.
• Collect information and prepare reports in line with the group HR policies for month-end figures
and follow up indicators.
• Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws.
• Maintain employee files and answer employee queries related to payroll/administrations.
• Maintain outsourcing team to support HR addministration.
• Make/update/revise local policies based on Japan labor law in line with the HR group policies.
• Involved in HR related projects if necessary.
• Participate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary.
