経理ポジションを取りまとめる方を募集しております。
レポートラインはCFOとなります。
3法人を兼任する経理部長の募集となります。
• 総勘定元帳、買掛金、売掛金、財務、固定資産、在庫会計を含む会計機能全体を監督します。
• グループ報告についてはIFRS、法定報告については日本GAAPに準拠した、月次、四半期、年次決算プロセスをタイムリーかつ正確に実施する。
• 法定財務諸表の作成・提出を主導し、外部監査人、税務アドバイザー、規制当局と連携する。
• 外部税務コンサルタントと連携し、現地の税務要件（消費税、法人税など）への準拠を確保する。
• 監査プロセス（スケジュール作成および関連書類作成を含む）を管理する。
• ドイツ本社における現地会計部門とグループ財務部門の主な連絡役を務める。
• 内部統制、会計方針、および手順を維持し、継続的に改善する。
• SAPシステムの最適化を支援し、会計関連プロジェクトを主導する。
• 現地経営陣とグループ財務の意思決定を支援するための財務分析と洞察を提供する。
• 会計チームを監督・育成し、正確性、誠実性、継続的な改善を重視する文化を醸成する。
理想：
IFRSとJ-GAAPの両方に精通し、財務報告、現地法規制の遵守、内部統制、会計プロセスの

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Accounting to lead and manage the full spectrum of accounting operations for our three legal entities. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of both IFRS and Japan GAAP, and will be responsible for financial reporting, local statutory compliance, internal controls, and accounting process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full accounting function including general ledger, AP, AR, Treasury, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in accordance with IFRS for group reporting and Japan GAAP for statutory reporting
• Lead the preparation and filing of statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with local tax requirements in coordination with external tax consultants (consumption tax, corporate tax, etc.)
• Manage the audit process, including preparation of schedules and documentation
• Act as the primary liaison between local accounting and group finance functions at the German HQ
• Maintain and continuously improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Support SAP systems optimization and lead accounting-related projects
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support local management and group finance decision-making
• Supervise and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement
