アデコ株式会社はではこの度、下記の通り経営体制の変更を決定いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。
今回の経営体制変更により、アデコ株式会社は2024 年4 月1 日付で、現在、代表取締役社長を務める川崎 健一郎が、代表取締役会長に就任いたします。また、同日付で、現在、取締役 兼 Adecco Chief Operating Officer を務める平野 健二が、代表取締役社長に就任いたします。なお、現在取締役 兼 LHH Japan Country President を務める板倉 啓一郎は、現職から変更なく、引き続き経営に携わります。
この度の経営体制変更は、弊社のさらなる発展と成長、および弊社のビジョンである「『人財躍動化』を通じて、社会を変える。」の実現に向けた重要な一歩となります。新たな経営体制のもとでこれまで以上に事業を強化し、皆様へ提供するサービスの品質をより一層向上するべく取り組んで参る所存でございます。

Notification from Adecco Japan
We are pleased to announce that we have decided to make the following change to our management structure.
As a result of the change, Kenichiro Kawasaki, the current President and Representative Director, will become Chairman and Representative Director as of April 1, 2024. Kenji Hirano, the current Director and Adecco Chief Operating Officer, will become President and Representative Director on the same day. Keiichiro Itakura, currently Director and LHH Japan Country President, will remain in his current position and continue to be involved in the management of the company.
This change in the management structure is an important step toward the further development and growth of our company, and the realization of our vision, "Transform society by empowering the workforce." Under the new management structure, we are determined to further strengthen our business and improve the quality of services we provide to our customers.
